We have the two issuers

Kreis der Eder (Waldeck), District of

Kreis des Eisenbergs (Waldeck-Pyrmont), District of

Since Kreis means district, isn't it redundant here? Can I suggest these are renamed to

Eder (Waldeck), District of

Eisenberg (Waldeck-Pyrmont), District of

Former Numista referee for banknotes from Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scotland, Wales and Saint Helena.
