Identification of a Chinese coin, coin weight, or other object – brass, 130.5 g

I would appreciate your help in identifying an object, possibly of Chinese origin (to be confirmed), whose exact nature I am unable to determine. Here are its characteristics:

Material: brass

Weight: 130.5 g

Diameter: 49 mm

I am attaching photos of the obverse and reverse to assist with identification. Based on its appearance, it could be a coin, a coin weight, a token, or another metallic object.

If anyone has insights or can recommend reference works, I would be very grateful for your assistance.

My guess is a Feng Shui Token. The character 疆 is legible on the inscribed side, possibly noting that this piece was from the Xinjiang Region.
