Is this even a normal note? The reference at least has nothing to do with it.
It was a Hajj Edition, supposed to be spent only in Saudi Arabia, by Pakistani pilgrims.
Couldn't find a single one on ebay, sold or not.
It would be a huge fortune, if someone still has it in UNC.
But what's really surprising is that I read somewhere that it was issued in excess of 11 million and still can't be found one.
