Monaco Euros, French Commemoratives and older French notes

Hello everyone, I will be in Nice, France over the next week and will also visit Monaco for a day. Is there a way I can get the Monaco issued Euros easily? And is there any place that offers the older pre Euro French banknotes at an affordable price? Any suggestions are welcome please.
