Coin with no internet history please give information

Recently my grandmother find one very old coin from her house and show it to me. I also do not know anything about it and search it into internet and surprisingly not find any information about it. Please check the history of it and which metal is used to made it.  Thanks

Pictures found said these are from Ottoman Empire. No idea if correct.  

These keep appearing with various descriptions of where they were found,. This is not a coin, there is no language on it , just scribble, it's a trinket of no value

 Unknown if real - or where actually from - or which way up.

It's a very modern trinket, I have seen these with owners claiming it was excavated in a remote area of Afghanistan by their grandfather 100 years ago, or a family heirloom handed down through the generations, the list goes on………….
