Could anyone help identify this coin? Weight is 2.0 grams. Diameter is about 18mm.

I think I'll leave this one to the experts.

Reverse is almost clear that's SPES PVBLICA.

The obverse looks like Tetricus, but the lettering is worn, and the fact that it ends with …VS instead of AVG is bugging me.

I definitely believe you’re correct. Maybe a flan flaw making the lettering look off.

I would not mark it as solved yet.

We're still halfway there, still need to work out the obverse lettering.

It's late and I'm out of ideas for now. I'll rest and leave it to people more experienced than me.
