Unknown Roman Coin #13 [solved]

Hello all, 

 

I have a coin here that I believe is from the Crisis of the Third Century, though the emperor is hard to determine. The coin is around 1.3g and around 19mm. 

Hope to hear what this is!

Can't read the obverse lettering, but given the reverse and mintmark (SMANZ), I think it's this one: N#59960 .
