Unknown Roman Coin #9

Hello all, 

I have a coin here that I believe is from the Crisis of the Third Century, though the emperor is hard to determine. The coin is around 2.84g and around 18mm. 

Hope to hear what this is!

Haven't got a 100% match, but looks like a Julianus II nummus, reverse VOT X MVLT XX. 

Mintmark is near unreadable to me.

The mintmark is tricky, I can't read most of it. But maybe the 5th letter is a C or an E? If that is true, it can be Heraclea: N#24669, with HERACLA or HERACLB mintmark.

Hello, I don't know if that would be the case as I see the mintmark having a couple more letters than what it would be for Heraclea. Here is another image closer up:
