Unknown Russian Wire Money #4

Hey all,

I have a coin that is from the Russian Empire but i can't seem to figure out what emperor it is under. It is 0.42g and the lettering should be clear for anyone to find it.

Hope to hear what it is!

I don't think I can help on this one, nearly all letters at the middle are worn out, and that's where the name is written.

Weight puts it in 1682-1698 year range. Feodor, Ivan  V, Peter I. Before declaration of first Russian emperor. Russian empire does not start from 1547. Numista's year range assumes that czar is emperor equivalent and not king. Given when Peter declared himself emperor, Russian wire money after 1547 belong to Czardom.
