No rush for adding these, of course, but there are only a couple.

This is the flag of the Chinese Soviet Republic, so it would work for that overall section (chinese_soviet_republic_section) as well as every issuer under it, as they were all smaller territories of the Soviet Republic.
This was the flag used by the Liberated Areas of Soviet China (such an exciting flag). This one will work for the overall section (soviet_liberated_areas) and all issuers under it.
This was the flag used by the Communist Party during the Soviet Zone era (kinda; the party didn't have one single official flag before 1942, but instead allowed their smaller places to just copy the Soviet Union one before settling on this one, which is very similar). It's the only flag I can find used between 1936-1946. This one should work for the Base Area section (soviet_base_areas) and all issuers under it as there seems to be no one specific flag for these ones.
For the Uncertain Chinese Soviets (uncertain_chinese_soviets), we have a few soviet issuers spanning across all periods, so a .gif of these three flags would work the best there.
And for the overall Soviet China issuer (soviet_china), that same .gif would likely work best.
