Unknown medal; text in latin and old german? [solved]

I couldn't find any info about it on numista and on whole net, searched about text and imagine. Seems old.

 Anything [coin / token / banknote] only gets on here if 

a member adds it. So far nobody has. Here it is in a good condition

• Maybe 17th-18th century, essentially: what goes up must come down.

The Latin is half guess:

NIMIUM NE CREDE SERENO “Do not trust too much in the calm (sky)”

• a warning against overconfidence in peaceful or prosperous times, because storms (i.e. troubles) may follow.

EXSURGUNT NUBILA PHOEBO “Clouds rise against Phoebus.”

• Phoebus is a poetic name for the sun god Apollo here, maybe a metaphor for light, clarity, or peace.

“Do not trust too much in the serene sky; clouds rise even against the sun.”
