I was adding signatures to Botswana and the two 1 Pula notes have some weird yearlines

Why does the first have two yearlines which seems to be normal issue?

And why does the second one have two Specimen yearlines?

 

Maybe referee @Pcoetzee5 can help with a clerification on this little peculiarity?
