Thanks for reporting this. It seems like there has been some recent change and there is still something to be changed.

In any case, I requested to change the years on the registration page to year 91 of the Juche calendar (corresponding to the year 2002); and 95, corresponding to the year 2006.

 

Now we just have to wait for approval by the issuer's referee.
