Who can identify this coin, Found in Dieppe, France

Dear all, has somebody an idea what this coin is. I found coins that are similar (French states but also Kingdom of Jerusalem) but no exact match. Thanks for your help.

The coin weighs 0,62 gr and has a diameter of 14 mm

Obverse design fits, but difficult to match the lettering.  Reverse the beginning of the legend (IER…) is clear.
