Sorry to bother but I just want to assess this medal.

Anyone who can tell it's story?

I don't have an answer. Just thought i try to make the images better to view. 

 Lettering on second side, to search for 

GLORIA AMOR REPARACION AL CORAZON DE JESUS 

Translation: Glory Love Reparation to the Heart of Jesus 

 which explains the heart around which is that lettering.
