Creation of issuer "Tokhara Yabghus" [solved]

I am requesting the creation of a new issuer known as the Yabghus of Tokharistan, or the Tokhara Yabghus. This state was a dynasty of sub-kings of the Western Turkic Khaganate, located in the region of Tokharistan in Central Asia in the early medieval period.

There are currently no coins in Numista belonging to the Tokhara Yabghus, but linked is a large amount of types I will be uploading as the ref of Tokharistan once this issuer goes live.

Please take note that there are some shenanigans regarding new issuers.

Before first coin is added to the catalogue, the issuer is “inactive” and your referee rights (from having rights for above section) have not been yet added to it. This results in first request being sent to “master referee pool” of requests. Only after validation and nightly refresh, issuer is finally active and you will get the rights and ability to modify/add coins there without problems.

While you can technically go around it by creating a coin in other of your issuer and then change the issuer to the newly created one. This would skip the “request going to the master referees” part. Still it will need a nightly refresh afterwards.

Thank you very much! I have begun to fill that part of the catalog. Now that the Tokhara Yabghus have been added as an issuer, would it be possible to move the “Western Turk Shahis” from “Central Asia (ancient)” to under the Yabghus? The Turk Shahis are an annoying issuer to find the exactly perfect location for in the catalog, but as political extensions/sub-kings of the Tokhara Yabghus, existing under them is the best option imo.
