Unknown European Coin #2 [solved]

Hello all,

I have this small little coin that I haven't found much information on and wanted to turn here for help. This measures around 13mm in diameter and 0.5mm in thickness. It has some lettering which seems to be Cyrillic but nothing that I can make out in terms of words/phrases.
