Here's all the ones I can find. I can't guarantee they all have the same printers, but most should.
Bermuda - The current 2 and 5 Dollars may work depending on how strict you are on the design being identical.
Botswana - 10 Pula - P# 30 and 35
Cabo Verde - 200 Escudos - P# 71 and 76 - notable because this one was a switch from polymer to paper, rather than the other way around
Chile - 2000 Pesos - P# 158 and 160
Dominican Republic - 20 Pesos - P# 169 and 182 - specifically the later 3 dates of P# 169
Hong Kong - 10 Dollars - P# 400 and 401 - one of my favorites
Israel - 20 New Sheqalim - P# 59 and 64
Libya - 5 Dinars - P#81 and its polymer equivalent
Mauritius - I believe every denomination of the current design has both paper and polymer versions now.
Mexico - 20 Pesos - P# 106 and 116
Nepal - 10 Rupees - P# 31 and 54 - Honorable mention here - these have portraits of different kings but are otherwise identical in design.
Nicaragua - The current series 500 and 1000 Cordobas were made in both paper and polymer.
Nigeria - The current series 5, 10, and 50 Naira were made in both paper and polymer.
Sao Tome - The current 5 and 10 Dobras were made in both polymer and paper, like the Cabo Verde, polymer came first here.
Saudi Arabia - 5 Riyals - P# 38 and 43
Singapore - The current 2, 5, and 10 Dollars were made in both paper and polymer.
Thailand - The Series 15 50 Baht was made in both polymer and paper.
Zambia - 500 Kwacha P# 39 and 43 - can't match printer on this one
