Best mint and proof set databases

Dear fellow collectors!

One of Numista's goals for this year is to add a new collectible type:  mint sets. In order to make it easier for referees, or just for further research, I think we should create a list of best online or offline catalogs of mint and proof sets. Because additionally to many sets being missing in Krause, it also lacks any further information, which might be important. Colnect's database is also highly inconsistent and is missing many sets.
