Yes it seems you might be confused, or at least we are confused from your post. I will help ZacUK out, Metalsi the orientation of this coin is coin alignment, that is when the obverse is correctly oriented (so you can read it) the reverse of the coin will be upside down ⬆️⬇️ when rotated on the horizontal axis 🔁. A medal orientation is when the obverse is readable the reverse is also readable ⬆️⬆️ when rotated horizontally 🔁, the coin page states this and the image of the reverse has been corrected so the image is upright (because no one wants to see an upside down image), a coin aligned coin needs to be rotated vertically 🔃 to view both sides in the correct orientation.
You posted two images of your coin, the obverse oriented correctly (readable) and the reverse upside down. Which I am assuming is how it looks when rotated on the horizontal axis 🔁 - but this is an assumption, if this is how you have done it your coin is coin aligned ⬆️⬇️ and correct.
If you still believe your coin is different from how it should be take one more image of it in front of a mirror, showing both obverse and reverse in the same photo, this will show its alignment. Either coin ⬆️⬇️ or medal ⬆️⬆️.

When it has indeed 0° die rotation then it is an error coin. Unless there is an Italian catalog that indicates large amounts of such coins were minted officially (then it would be a variant when both orientations exist in parallel for the same year).

I will retake the picture in front of the mirror it will come out correctly, thank you for your feedback
Yes so as you can see in the mirror the obverse is ⬆️ upright and readable, the reverse is ⬇️ upside down. Ergo coin alignment. If it was medal ⬆️⬆️ you would be able to read The 10.
