1943 South African 3 pence error

I have an error 1943 3 pence coin (cracked die)the crack is evident in the S  and U in SOUTH .

Is this a rare error?

Your pictures are not sharp enough to clearly see the die crack(s).

 

Die cracks are probably the most common error there is. Here (https://en.numista.com/forum/topic123420.html)  at the bottom of the thread you can see a picture of a coin with 5 die cracks and in the following post there's mentioning of a coin with 6 die cracks.

Easier to find on older coins, probably because quality control became stricter over the years.
