Add signature to Croatia 1991 banknote [solved]

All of the Croatia Dinar notes from 1991-1994 have their signatures set correctly except for the 10 Dinara note. It carries the signature of Jozo Martinović, Minister of Finance, but the signature does not appear as an option when I attempt to edit the note page. Please update the 10 Dinara page to include the signature of Jozo Martinović as I do not have the option.
