Nondescript token identification

It's a token. 

• Obverse and reverse are indistinguishable: five concentric rings with a toothed border. 
  • Pretty similar to Token (Heart and Target), but Target both sides.
• Roughly 6g (imprecise)
• 23mm
• Smooth sides
• Brass, probably?

Grateful for any idea what to make of it; happy to get better photos and add to the collection if appropriate.

I suggest adding it as the country field is unknown. I would put the description of Five concentric circles, Bullseye or Target. That way it would be pulled up with any of those searches.
