Notification when Done

When something is actioned that you requested through the forum you should get a notification to save the team having to write done as a response to notify you that what you requested has been completed. 

If they don't reply you don't know it's been actioned. 

This could be accomplished just by updating the Last post date so it goes to the top as unread (essentially what happens when they reply).

Assuming the catalogue referee etc replies, sometimes they just mark as done and its done, but you get no notification.

Curiously, the referent may apply "finished" while the requester does not consider the subject "solved"

What I was saying is that when the status changes the post date could automatically be updated so even if the referee doesn't reply it would still become an unread post and send a notification to those involved. In other words, change the behavior of status change/no reply to be the same as status change/reply.
