Addition of new Sogdian Issuer "Principality of Fiknan" [solved]

I am requesting the addition of a new third level issuer under the broader issuers of “Sogdiana” and “Central Asia and Caucasia”. 

Ex. 

Central Asia and Caucasia

---------- Fiknan, Principality of

I do not believe it has a Wikidata code, as much of early medieval Sogdiana and Central Asia is under researched and not in the public knowledge. N#197124 is an example of a coin on Numista for this new issuer. 

The Principality of Fiknan was a pre-islamic early-medieval principality within northern Sogdiana. It's base of power was centered around the Oases of Gallaaral & Jizzakh in the middle/lower Sangzar River region. In lieu of a Wikidata page, I have linked the 2023 paper that first attributed these coins to this issuer, as well as the Zeno Catalog page for this issuer. Attached below is also a jpg of Fiknan's tamgha, for use as this new issuer's flag, as the other Sogdian principalities are.

Thank you very much for the addition of the issuer! The coins have been moved over, and I’ve updated their info. One concern I have is that the flag is still not showing up on the user end for Fiknan. I was wondering if this was an issue, or if the flag has yet to be assigned
