I am submitting United States Military Challenge coins and one of them was issued on the United States Air Force Base located in Misawa, Japan. My issue is, it keeps getting rejected and requested to be put under Japan rather than the United States seeing as how it's being “issued” in Japan. I disagree with this statement because the coin itself is not Japanese, and is United States Military Issues on technically United States Property in Japan. Any thoughts?

Personally I think they belong in US military bases as the issuer exists on the site

As KennyG suggested - US Military Bases is long term temporary solution.
