Serial # of value???

I have a $100 bill 2017A. The serial number is PE 73638353 A  Is this number of value??? Has 53,63,73 and 83.

If the two digit numbers were in order and the note was UNC, maybe you could find a buyer on eBay. If your notes is less than AU, spend it. It’s one of those notes that could have been but wasn’t.
