Help identifying unknown "2 Cent" Coin [solved]

I recently came across this coin in a lot I won. I can't find anything on Numista, Coinoscope came up dry and Google Image came up with some not geld coins that vaguely looked like it but wasn't. Anyone here recognize the coin?

This is not a coin, but some sort of token. I found a similar one, but it's not a perfect match: N#55449
