As the saying goes 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder'.  If you can find two people that really want it, it may be worth a few pounds and may even get into double figures.  However, I found the medal below (admittedly, not in great condition, but of a similar age) a few weeks ago in a 100x100x150mm box full of coins and other similar items in a local antiques shop for £15.  

 

Individual value of your item, probably around £1-£2.
