At the time of posting https://en.numista.com/literature/catalogues.php page loads only up to  RIC II.2. Checked in two browsers and tried to refresh.

The whole page loads for me. Has the problem been resolved or is it intermittent?

Hello,

The issue was solved in the meantime with the deletion of the erroneous RIC II.2
