Can someone please tell me what coin is this and whether if it’s real or not. I personally believe that it’s fake.Thanks for reading

You're quite right that it isn't real, ostensibly it looks like it is trying to be a coin of Constantius II, copying a gold type like: https://numismatics.org/ocre/id/ric.8.tri.345
