Deultum AE25 of Julia Mamaea. Kybele reverse? [solved]

Thanks in advance for any assistance with this!

 

This AE25 weighing 9.4 g. appears to clearly be a Roman Provincial of Deultum featuring Julia Mamaea. But I can’t find a matching reverse in any of the references I use. Does the hat suggest Kybele?

Patera + cornucopia is usually Homonoia (Concord)
