It is possible for there to be diffrences in the 1982, 1 dracma coins in which one coin only has 3 sails and the other coin behind the 3 sails as other sails??? Será possivel haver difrenças na moeda 1 dracma de 1982 em que uma moeda só aparece 3 velas e na outra moeda por tras das 3 velas tem outras velas?? I

Keen eye. It looks like something is there although I don't know what, or if you can consider this a variety. And it's only there around the sails, not anywhere else on the coin. To consider it a variety, there must be more coins like this.

Doesn't look like a die clash issue maybe some unfortunate metal flow.

The coin on the other side is normal... if it were engraved on it, the sails would also be printed, wouldn't that be the case?

Yeah, not a clash. That leaves die deterioration as the cause of the marks.
