Dear colleagues, would you have a hint how to identify this Roman coin?
Unfortunately, it's worn out, so I can barely read separate letters. Perhaps the effigy would mean something to you?

It looks like Marcus Aurelius, reverse featuring the conquest of Armenia.  Your images aren't clear enough for an exact ID but you can start with this search:
