Date of issue for CL signature? [solved]

These are the current date options for Lagarde signatures:

Says (2019)

I have a 20 Euro note that is signed Lagarde but the date on it says 2015. It has an R prefix.

Is it a case that these 20s with CL signature were only issued in 2019? If so, does anyone know what month those started?

All Europa series 20 euro notes have the year 2015 regardless of signature or manufacture date. Notes with Lagarde's signature were first issued in 2020 after old stock was used up.

The list should look like this

2015 (2015-2019)

2015 (2019-date)

Every banknote on that page has a 2015 date on it.  The (2019) is just the date of release.

Thanks, so is it correct to say my CL note was printed in 2019 and issued in 2020?

Or later, these banknotes get printed and issued continuously hence the date range for the first signature. The prefix could indicate a time frame.
