Hello,

Since the series update, the translation tool no longer works for series.

Example : N#202359

In addition, all the Swiss banknotes that were sorted by series are now somtimes mixed with other issuers. To differentiate them, can you add the dates so that they can be grouped together?

1st series (1907)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=756

2nd series (1911-1953)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=956

3rd Series (1918-1952)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=1003

4th series (1941-1950)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=1035

5th series (1954-1977)

Seems to have been removed with the update.

6th series (1975-1993)

Seems to have been removed with the update.

7th series (1983-1985)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=1161

8th series (1994-2014)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=1187

9th series (2015- présent)

https://en.numista.com/catalogue/series.php?id=1202

Thanks in advance!

Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno

Hello,

I removed the deprecated translation field for series on the coin/banknote translation page. The translations are now common for all the items of the series, and done by the translators.

We still have some work to clean up the series, and especially split the series that are different but share the same name across several issuers. I split the series you mentioned, there is no need to add the dates.

I don't know what happened to the 5th and 6th series. I recommend you create them again.

Okey, thank you !

So should I just wait for a translator to translate the serie, or is there any way I could do it myself to save time when I create one?

Unus pro omnibus, omnes pro uno

Since there is just one french translator, I can apply to the position.
