Since is not on Numista catalog, I want to add to it, but the question is

I see the Kopicki is under Numista references but there are multiple issuers under it.

First, congratulations on identification of a difficult coin!

I think it belongs under German States > Pomerania, Duchy.  

Because this medieval region spans modern Germany and Poland, we find the coins most often listed by Polish (as Pomorze) and German (as Pommern) auction houses.  Here is another auction citation: https://www.acsearch.info/search.html?id=10805827.
