Old coin identification help please

I have found this what I think is an old coin but the normal source are giving any answer. Can anybody shine some light on anything about it please.

This looks like a possible jewelry piece, sometimes referred to as a “belly dancer token.” The hole and the writing, which imitates but is not genuine Arabic, tend to favor this interpretation.
