Hi, I think this one’s German bcz of “AUG” in top right of Photo 1. But the fleur de lilles make me wonder maybe French?   Just cant figure out anything else. Thanks in advance

 

diameter: ~24mm (exactly the size of a US quarter)

Its a “Jeton de Compte”. In your case, its from 15th century France. Its more like a token/medal than a coin.

 

Found one like yours selling in this french website.

thanks a lot! makes sense as I was buying tokens around this point - I really like jetons/countertokens from 15th-17th century for some reason
