2 Euro Spagna 1999 senza bordo -valore

Ho trovato questa moneta che ha la particolarità di non avere bordo. Come valutarla?

can you measure the diameter, this would help to understand if the coin has been machined to remove ridded edge and stars and 2’s.

This is not a unique case, there are people who grind coins.

Grazie per i messaggi e l' attenzione,

Ho fatto verificare la moneta e mi hanno detto che i bordi sono puliti e non contengono tracce di limatura o di tagli conseguenti a manomissioni. I tondelli appaiono  soprapposti e legati fra di loro in maniera normale.  Come si spiega?

I'm confused. I thought these coins were made from an inner part pressed into an outer part.

If so, how can we be seeing three pieces on the copper-nickel edge?

I am seeing that micro dots on Europe are worn off or missing.

It is possible that coin is not worth 2 euros as bank won't accept it for replacement due to excessive damage or being fake.
