Regnal year in both Obverse and Reverse of the Mughal Rupee?

Looking like Two Regnal Years, which is 4, in obverse and reverse of the Rupee of Emperor Muhammad Shah, struck in Kora. Is this coin rare?? Thanking you all :)

The position where the 4 is placed is used on some rupees for the date although not typical of Kora,  regnal year 4 is for AH 1134 but the numeral/digit to the left of the 4 does not fit for a 3 so what can is be?

Where the mystery 4 is part of the date 1164 under Awadh, Kora mint

There are only 3 on zeno so not commonly seen. There appears to be non on Numista so it's definitely a scarce coin
