Found one more mint master for Minden mint listed in Stange's book

Page 73 - appointed in 1510

Page 79 - worked til death of Francis, then Rostock and Wismar

Dietrich Beder (Dietrich Becker/Dyrich Becker), mint master, Minden (1510-1529?), Rostock (1534), Wismar (1547-1548)

Dietrich Becker is also listed in the Standard Catalog of German Coins (third edition).

Page 500: Hannover: Dietrich Becker, 1512 to circa 1532. No symbol.

Page 744: Minden: Dietrich Becker, 1510 to circa 1530. No symbol.

Page 1008: Rostock: Dyrich Becker, 1534-1540. Symbol ✶, “(b)” in listings.

Page 1373: Wismar: Diderick (Dietrich) Becker 1525, 1532, 1545-1549. Symbol ✶, “(a)” in listings.

Based on your reference those are probably the same person.
