Okay this is gonna sound strange but hear me out.
Me and a few friends like to play a game where we send each other images of coins and we then have to guess what it is and where its from.
Its a very fun game and a great way to train identification skills and just see new coins.
(Kinda like Geoguesser, but with coins)
So i was wondering if this idea could maybe be implemented in some simple way?
We already have an “items at random” part on the Homepage. I know i could theoretically just obscure the title of the coin, but you'd only see one side and even that only as a small image.
I don't even think you'd need an answering system, just a button to show the link to the coin page.
It wouldn't even need to be it's own big thing on the website, maybe just something below or next to the “coins at random” part.
I know Numista isn't made for… that. But i do think it'd be very fun to have and i'm sure others would enjoy too!
