Not ancient, late 19th century.  Please add diameter and weight and best guess at composition to help identify.

rsirian1 is correct. This appears to be a Thailand coin from 1860 under Rama IV. 

 

Depending on the size, weight, and apparent metal (all of which should always be included with ID requests), it looks like some portion of a baht. Just looking at photos online, it looks like it might be a ¼ baht
