Unknown Coin To Me

Trying to identify this coin/token/medal. The obverse shows Stadt Heilbronn, and it has a 925 under the structure on the reverse.

I don't see how 925 fits. In 1975 it might be 925 years from first mention of market and coin minting rights.

It just means sterling (.925) silver.

As was mentioned,  I now believe it was token made for sale for the location for visitors.
