Fake date in Kuwait [solved]

The article 100 fils of Kuwait KM# 14c has funny fake in the date distribution

Note. Obviously the percentage is from wrongly described occurrence of line and has nothing to do with frequency as it expected to be. This is not the case of this topic and in this post  onwards this nonsense will be omitted.

In this case the site developer has to be involved: the standard formula for calculating the year may not and here did not suit the Authorities vision. 

You surely know that Islamic calendar does not directly corelate with Gregorian one, right?
