It's not a coin, try to identify it by search by image either here or in google.

I did that last night but nothing came up. Did some tests tho because i had a feeling that it's a genuine gold and so far it passed all tests. The only concern though is that it doesn't have any hallmark.

Looking your pictures, my first idea was: Poland, Pilsudsky.

No coin, some medal.

To me it looks like an advertising token inspired by a German 2 Mark coin, like this one:

It has a fantasy alphabet on it, so it's probably related to some Science Fiction movie.

If it is really gold, it would be remarkably heavy, and remarkably expensive, so if you didn't pay $$$ for it, you can be certain that it isn't gold.
