Reverse is easier so starting there, it's PAX AVG, Pax with branch and sceptre.

The obverse is difficult, I'm not able to recognise the portrait in that state, and I can only clearly make out one letter, T, at 9:00.  It could maybe read IMP T[ETRICVS…] but you're normally expect IMP C T… for Tetricus.  But that's the best suggestion I can make.
