Israel. 10 Arogot, 1961 with Fatha comma - how rare is rare?

Hi all. I've been going through a recent purchase of mixed foreign coins and recognise most fairly straight away and can get info on them when needed. However I have an Israeli 10 Arogot from 1961, of which there are 2 varieties. The more common version does not have a comma in the Arabic script of the name Israel, and there are prices and mintage figures, but I have the version with the Fatha comma. I can find no mintage figures or values, despite many sites selling them saying their has the comma, but clearly does not (and their prices are for the common variety).

Does anyone know the mintage and/or the value please? I've searched all over and only Numista actually shows the image correctly. The coin in question is listed as KM#26… N#1231

Thanks.

SCWC has values and says the mintage is in the 1960 mintage of 14,397,000. Tel Aviv mint may not nhave disclosed the breakdown between the two years.

Thanks. Seems odd to include 1961 in the 1960 figures… almost foretelling the numbers in advance. I would have expected them to be included in with the other 1961 coins but with a separate entry. The valuation seems to imply I've bagged a winner, but not enough to retire on. Thanks again.
