It is not a coin. I would suspect that it is commemorative medal after him visiting your country. Multiple medals commemorating him on numista, but your is not there. He died in 1967. So no reason to put 1966 apart from visiting Israel.

In May 1966, the former Chancellor made a private visit to the new state of Israel and was awarded an honorary doctorate from the Weizmann Institute.

There is a mint mark. Somebody may recognize it.

Not related to Israel. Should have searched for images instead of trying to figure out what the date is. Aureus Magnus. Google image search identified it when fed only coin image.

Weights in original post would indicate that it is 10 ducat variant.
